♡ Hi, I'm Kori — the artist behind AshtonArtistryy! ♡
Creating art has always been a core part of who I am. What started as simple doodles when I was young slowly grew into something much more—an outlet, a form of expression, and eventually, a purpose. I’ve always been drawn to the way art can capture a feeling, a story, or a moment in time that words sometimes can’t. Over the years, that fascination turned into a deep passion for creating, and what began as a hobby evolved into a dream of sharing my work with others. This journey began under the name “KorryeeArt,” a brand that represented my early growth and exploration as an artist. I spent those years experimenting, finding my voice, and learning what truly spoke to me creatively. As I developed my style and gained a clearer sense of who I was—not just as an artist, but as a person—I felt it was time for a change. That’s when “AshtonArtistryy” was born: a new chapter that better reflects both my artistry and the direction I’m continuing to grow toward.“Every artist has a beginning—but the best part of the journey is seeing where it leads.”

art & style
Ever since officially establishing my art business in 2021, I’ve dedicated myself to turning imagination into something tangible. My art leans toward semi-realism, blending expressive detail with emotion and storytelling. I love exploring the human form and the natural world—bringing both people and creatures to life in a way that feels vivid and believable.I work in both digital and traditional mediums, creating portraits, original characters, existing characters, and full concept designs. I also enjoy pushing my creative boundaries—experimenting with complex scenes, dynamic poses, and new compositions that challenge me to grow as an artist.“Art connects emotion, story, and detail—each piece becoming a world of its own.”

collaboration & connection
Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work with incredible people who’ve inspired me in countless ways. One of those connections is with my friend and author Kayla Shanks, whom I first met through my commissions. What began as a client relationship grew into a creative partnership and friendship, and I’m now illustrating artwork for her upcoming novella and full-length novel.Collaborations like these remind me why I love what I do. I genuinely enjoy working with people—hearing their ideas, sharing in their excitement, and bringing their visions to life. For me, customer service and communication are just as important as the art itself. I value honesty, transparency, and kindness throughout every project, and I always strive to make clients feel heard and understood.Building trust and forming real connections means everything to me. If someone walks away from a commission feeling anything less than happy or cared for, then I feel I haven’t done my job. My goal is for every client to not only love their piece, but to feel like they were part of the creative process from start to finish.“I haven’t succeeded if my client doesn’t feel valued.”

values & visions
I’ve always believed that art should feel personal. Every commission I take on—whether it’s a small portrait or a detailed concept piece—is approached with patience and care. I’m very detail-oriented and value open communication throughout the process, keeping clients updated whenever possible.Depending on the complexity, pieces can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to several—but I’d rather take my time to create something meaningful and memorable than rush through the process. My goal is always to deliver a piece that resonates: something that makes someone pause, smile, or even feel something they didn’t expect to.Beyond creating, I’m deeply passionate about authenticity in art. I strongly stand against art theft and the use of artificial intelligence, and I believe creativity should always come from human connection—our emotions, our experiences, and the unique ways we see the world. Each piece I make is built from effort, thought, and heart, and I take pride in keeping that spark of real artistry alive.“Real art is made with time, intention, and heart—not algorithms.”

looking ahead
Art, to me, is more than a job—it’s a reflection of who I am and what I love most: storytelling, expression, and connection. Every person who supports my work, commissions a piece, or even just takes a moment to look, becomes part of that story. I’m endlessly grateful for the people who trust me to bring their ideas to life, and I hope that every piece I create feels like a shared moment between artist and client.Looking ahead, I plan to continue growing my business, expanding into new mediums, and exploring new creative ventures. My long-term dream is to become a concept artist for a gaming company, where I can help shape worlds, characters, and stories on a larger scale—and eventually open my own tattoo studio, blending design and storytelling into an entirely new art form. For now, I’m proud of how far I’ve come and excited for what’s still ahead. Every piece, every client, and every late-night drawing session is another step in this journey—and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. ♡
